Fundraise for us

1Our fundraising pack is bursting with ways to fundraise at home with a cuppa, in your lunch break, within your community or even something more adventurous for those of you that like a challenge!

Organise a sports match, pub quiz, Christmas gift wrapping day, church or supermarket collection, cake sale, carol singing contest, or even a dinner at your home – anyone that comes along makes a donation! Why not theme your event around one of our Giggle Doctors, perhaps a cream tea for Dr Jammi or a pyjama party for Dr Snug!

You don’t need to do it all on your own – you can even ask friends and family to form a fundraising group. Alternatively, if you'd like to help us regularly, just get in touch with alice.barley@theodora.org about becoming a Volunteer Community Fundraiser in your area.

Celebrate!

Are you celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, christening, engagement or any other special occasion? Instead of receiving gifts, why not ask your friends and family to donate instead? You can set up an on-line fundraising page by clicking here and choosing the 'start fundraising' button on the right hand side of the page.

A Parent

My almost two year old loved the squeaky popping bubbles! As did mummy and grandma! For 20 minutes or so whilst Dr Nic Nac was there we forgot just how worried we were and had a good giggle! Such a great idea! Made our visit that bit less stressful and cheered the little guy up so much!

Ken Robertshaw, Rotarian

Having seen the Giggle Doctors at work in hospitals I am convinced that laughter is the best medicine. My expedition work is made all the more worthwhile when I see the smiles they generate and the fun they have with them.
